ABOUT ISHOO

Hi! I am Ishwariya Rajamohan FRSA. My passion for supporting female leaders began through my work in Hospitality. Women from that industry began to approach me for support on leadership issues, but always referencing in our conversations their struggles with confidence.

​

I could see how this challenge was compounded by the pressures women feel to look the part when working in male-dominated industries. Through working with them, I began to see just how nuanced the problem was, and how their challenges with confidence impacted not just their career progression, but also their wellbeing and retention in their roles. 

​I felt called to follow that thread and devote my coaching practice to helping women see their personal power and find ways to leverage it, becoming the leaders they wanted to be and creating the kind of careers that they dreamed of.

​

In 2021, I began coaching and teaching workshops to female leaders and changemakers in Architecture, Hospitality, Technology and other male-dominated sectors with building the confidence to take the next step in their careers, paving the way for gender equity and better representation in our workplaces.

​

I am a former architect and pastry chef, now an accredited Foundation Coach with the Association for Coaching (UK) and a Mental Health First Aider based in London, working with clients all over the globe. I also run the AC's Co-coaching Forum in the Nordics. In April 2023 I was appointed a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

THE CONFIDENCE DYNAMIC

In 2024, I introduced my Confidence Dynamic™ framework that gives women an understanding of what causes their challenge with confidence, and more importantly, how they can overcome it and reconnect with their personal power. Developed through my experience of coaching now over 100 women on building their confidence, my mission is to teach this framework far and wide.

WORK WITH ME

My coaching style has been described as calm and gentle, and my coachees deeply appreciate the space I am able to hold for them. Our process of working together is highly co-creative, which enables me to guide my clients in bringing their vision to life, often achieving bigger outcomes than they had previously expected. In addition, my intuitive gifts allows me bring deeper awareness to our sessions: my clients get to see not only what is getting in their way, but also who they can truly be.
