ABOUT ISHWARIYA
Hi! I am Ishwariya Rajamohan FRSA, an executive coach and speaker. My passion for supporting women working in majority male industries began immediately after I set up my coaching practice in 2021, when women started approaching me with leadership issues, but always referencing in our conversations their challenges with confidence.
I saw how this was compounded by the pressure they felt to 'look the part' and keep proving themselves in those environments. In addition, they did not often have the psychological safety to speak openly about these things openly.
In 2023 I began speaking and training in organisations that shared my mission for improving gender equity and the representation of women in leadership in our workplaces.
I am accredited with the Association for Coaching (UK) and am currently based in Lund, Sweden, working with clients across the UK and the globe. In April 2023 I was appointed as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Since 2021 I have been supporting the career progression of women working in majority male industries who are at various stages in their career.
My coaching style has been described as calm and gentle, and my coachees deeply appreciate the space I am able to hold for them to achieve their highest potential.
