Seeing what you cannot see

It might appear that imposter syndrome is a challenge that you deal with in the privacy of your mind. But the signs are always clearly visible on the outside.

When coaching clients approach me for a solution, it is usually when they feel overwhelm from taking on too much or are even approaching burnout from constantly proving themselves.

This in a way reinforces your fears about being an imposter when you are unable to direct your best energy to focussing on doing what really matters.

But nothing will change unless you can reframe how you perceive yourself.

As you can imagine, doing that with the help of coaching is invaluable because I can see what you cannot see.

What I get very quickly and reflect to you is a sense of what makes your capabilities unique.

And when we work together, we work together so you can embody those qualities fearlessly in your work.

This month I am opening up my coaching programme for women in leadership who want to get the better of their ‘imposter’ and step into 2025 with more confidence.

You can book a consultation with me here before the deadline on 2nd December to find out how the programme can help you: https://koalendar.com/e/coaching-consultation-with-ishoo
