Earlier this month I shared my new Confidence Dynamic™ framework at two events, the first being a Lunch & Learn at The Society Building (formerly The Building Society), which is a co-working space for professionals working across various sectors of the built environment.
For the second time since I started doing teaching and speaking on confidence a year ago, my session was attended by a number of men as well, which really made me happy. Although I work predominantly with women, I always hope that I am creating a safe space through my work for individuals of all genders and gender identities to address their challenges with confidence.
The second talk was part of a lecture on Power and Authority in the Workplace at Roehampton University. Confidence can be an issue for women no matter what stage they are in their careers - something I know from my work as a coach and from my own lived experience. Therefore, it was really special to be delivering this message to students who were preparing to enter the world of work.
